IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CLIENTS USING EMAILS ON YOUR DOMAIN
Due to increased costs from IONOS for email hosting, we will need to begin passing along a portion of these costs.
Starting with your June invoice, the following email service rates will apply:
- Clients with a website hosted by us: $1 per month per email address (includes 2GB storage)
- Clients without a hosted website: $2 per month per email address (includes 2GB storage)
- Upgraded Business Email: $6 per month per email address (includes 50GB storage)
- Email forwarding only (no mailbox/storage): no charge
If you prefer, you may prepay for the remainder of 2026 at a rate of $6 per email address.
If you would like to switch your email to forwarding-only, please let us know. If you would like your email address removed entirely, we can also take care of that for you. In either case, please ensure any important messages are backed up before making changes.
