What we require:

1. We require all websites to have an SSL Certificate to be secure. 2. We require all WordPress sites to have the plug-in MalCare installed and running to make sure your WordPress site is not compromised. We also re- quire the site to be backed up to our cloud server using the plug-in BackWPup. These services for WordPress are expensive and require all WordPress sites to pay an additional $9 per month when hosted by North Country Website Design.

SSL Certificate

Every website now needs an SSL Certificate. Google is forcing every website to be secure (whether they need to be or not) in order to get good rankings in Google. You will start to see a significant drop in your Google Rankings if you do not have a Secure SSL Certificate. The cost is $40 per year per website if you use our webhosting/domain server. You must get in touch with us if you would like to add a SSL Certificate to your website. All new websites will be charged for a SSL certificate.
